Our conducting masterclasses / workshops are influenced by the pedagogy used by Maestro JORMA PANULA, the eminent conductor, composer, and "Maestro of Maestros" from Finland. Panula gently guides his students in an unobtrusive yet psychologically profound way, helping them develop greater authoritativeness and command. Participants are generally not interrupted during rehearsals; afterward, however, their work is reviewed, discussed, and analyzed using video tape, in a constructive and supportive manner. All of our conducting masterclasse / workshops feature this methodology, irrespective of the coach or coaches.
